Orders are shipped within 3 business days. We do everything we can to get orders out as quickly as possible and on a 24-hour courier. Once shipped, please allow 1-5 business days for UK and international delivery. International customers are responsible for all import duties and local taxes. A signature may be required for delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we do not cover shipping fees when returning goods.

How do I use the tester?
Using one of our magnets to test if your device is working is simple. You just need to make sure your PEMF device is running, and then place the magnet over one of the coils. If your device is working correctly, you will hear the magnet vibrating. It is advised to use a higher frequency program when testing your device with the magnet, as this will elicit a better response.

Note: You will not get a response from the magnet on devices under 30 gauss, as the electro magnetic field won't be strong enough to move the magnet.
