We can do our best to get goods shipped the same day if the customer needs urgently needs the product however we will need to know as early in the day as possible.

We do not ship to the United States or Canada.

Unfortunately logistical issues and high costs prevent us shipping our products from our UK office to the United States or Canada. We apologise to our US & Canadian customers for the inconvenience and we hope to resume shipping in the future.

 Our listed prices include UK VAT (or state which VAT option is selected), if your shipping address is outside of the UK this tax will be removed from your total price at checkout however you may still be charged taxes by your order destination country.

Please note the VAT is only removed from your order total once you have reached the payment page and you will see a notification to say the price has been updated based on your shipping address.

You may also notice some of our products already have a "VAT exempt" option due to the UK VAT exemption scheme, if you are outside the UK you can select this product option however it is not necessary as any UK VAT will be automatically removed at checkout.

 Yes, the vast majority of our products are in stock and the stock level availability is displayed on the product page (above the add to cart button). If you have any special requirements please leave a note at checkout in the comments box at checkout or contact us here.

 If an item is out of stock you can still order as normal and typical delivery will be 7-10 days. We will keep you fully updated along the way.

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail or for larger higher value orders DPD express. You will receive a tracking number and delivery updates after placing your order.
